Louez keeps improving. Here's what changed.
Editing a reservation now tracks availability product by product: if a change of dates or quantity conflicts with another reservation, the warning appears in the summary card before you confirm.

The dashboard has been redesigned around a command palette. ⌘K opens the action and page search, and it opens Louez Intelligence.
The onboarding flow was also reworked, with live previews and a dedicated payment-mode step.
Inventory now tracks each physical unit individually: its own identifier, a derived state (available, reserved, rented out, overdue, in downtime, retired) and an event log that survives deletion.
You can schedule downtime for maintenance or repair, retire a unit from the fleet and reinstate it later. Products without tracking stay managed as global stock.

The referral program arrives with its own hub: invitation tracking, rewards granted and remaining balance.
The dashboard can now be installed as an app and send you push notifications, on top of emails and SMS.
In addition to the monthly plans, you can start with no subscription and pay as you go: your first 15 confirmed reservations are free, then each reservation is billed on a graduated scale.
The counter resets on the 1st of every month, and a month with no rentals costs nothing. Handy for seasonal businesses.
Louez Intelligence arrives in the dashboard: it reads and updates your products, reservations, customers and payments, within each team member's permissions.
The MCP server lets you connect your own assistant (Claude, Cursor) to your store, with API keys whose permissions you choose domain by domain.

Inspections arrive: customisable checklists, photos per checkpoint, condition rating, damage flagging with estimated cost, customer signature and a PDF report. A comparison view puts departure and return side by side.
Delivery offers three modes (customer's choice, required, included), a per-kilometre price, a free-delivery threshold and a maximum distance. Delivery legs appear on the calendar.
The multi-store dashboard aggregates revenue, reservations and customers, with a store-by-store comparison.
Online payment arrives on the storefront, alongside SMS notifications and VAT management with a choice of tax-inclusive or tax-exclusive display.
