Can the AI Assistant change my data?
Yes. It creates and updates your products, customers, reservations, categories and payments, and confirms every change before running it. It also enforces the signed-in member's permissions: what a teammate can't do by hand, they can't do through the AI.
What happens if the AI gets something wrong?
Sensitive operations are blocked server-side, not merely discouraged in the prompt: invalid status changes are refused, a product with live reservations can't be archived, a deposit is never returned beyond the amount collected, and a Stripe payment can't be deleted.
Does the AI Advisor see my customer data?
No. It is read-only over your public catalog: active products, prices, availability. It has no access to your customer records, your reservations or your payments.
Can the voice agent confirm a booking over the phone?
No. It records a pending request that you approve from your dashboard, and no payment is taken during the call. The caller receives an SMS recap.
Are the AI features included in my plan?
They are not enabled on every plan. You'll find the details on the pricing page — and whichever plan you're on, commission stays at 0%.
