Is the electronic signature recognized?
Electronic signatures are recognized in Europe under the eIDAS regulation. Every signature is tracked and archived with the contract, giving you evidence if a dispute arises.
Does the deposit appear on the contract?
Yes. The deposit amount is part of the information included on the contract, and Louez also handles online deposit payment.
