Yes. Add the booking widget to your site: your customers pick their dates there, then finish on your Louez store. Depending on your plan, the store can also use your own domain name.
How much does Louez cost? Is there a commission?
Louez takes no percentage of your rentals. Your first 15 confirmed bookings are free. After that, you pay per booking, from $1 to $0.30 depending on your volume, or a subscription from $49 per month. On pay-per-booking, a month with no rentals costs $0.
Is there a commitment?
No. The subscription is monthly, with no minimum term, and pay-per-booking commits you to nothing. You can change plan or stop whenever you want.
How do my customers pay, and how does the deposit work?
It’s your choice. Online, your customers pay by card when they book, through Stripe. In person, you take cash, card, bank transfer or cheque, and record it in Louez. For the deposit, you set the amount for each product. It can be taken online as a pre-authorisation, and it appears on the contract.
Where is my data hosted?
In France and in the European Union, with OVH and Scaleway, in line with the GDPR. Your data belongs to you: you can export it at any time, as CSV or PDF.
What happens if Louez shuts down?
The Louez code is open source. You can read it, and install it on your own servers if you have a technical team. Your data stays exportable.
