How do long-term discounts work?
You set a base rate, then discount tiers starting from the durations you choose. Louez automatically applies the rate matching the booked duration, with no calculation on your side.
What happens for a duration between two tiers?
You decide. With fixed tiers, the rental is charged at the next tier up. With progressive pricing, the price is calculated proportionally between the two closest tiers.
Can I charge different rates in high season?
Yes. You create seasonal periods with their own dates, base rate and tiers. Outside those periods, your base rates apply all year round.
Can I display prices excluding tax?
Yes. You choose tax-inclusive or tax-exclusive display for your store, using the store VAT rate or a custom rate on specific products. Deposits are not subject to VAT.
Does my customer have to pay in full at booking?
No. You can collect only a percentage of the total at booking, with the balance paid at pickup. Louez takes 0% commission on what you collect — you'll find our own rates on the pricing page.
