Frequently asked questions
Do my customers need a password?
No. They enter the email used for their reservation and receive a 6-digit login code. The access link sent with their reservation also logs them straight in.
How long does the access link stay valid?
30 days, and it can be used more than once. Your customer can come back to their reservation as often as they like during that period.
What do my customers see in their portal?
Their ongoing reservations and their history, the detail of each rental — dates, items, notes — and their payment history. As soon as a reservation is confirmed, they can download the PDF contract.
Can my customers accept a quote themselves?
Yes. A quote arrives by email and is accepted or declined from the portal. If it's accepted, the reservation moves to confirmed and you're notified; if it's declined, you know straight away.
Is the customer portal included in Louez?
Yes. The customer portal and automatic emails are part of Louez and work the same whichever plan you choose, with 0% commission. Only SMS are optional, billed per message. You'll find the details on the pricing page.
