Frequently asked questions
How is the delivery fee calculated?
From the distance between your store address and the customer's address, multiplied by your price per kilometre. The drop-off and the collection are calculated separately, each with your minimum fee.
Can I make delivery mandatory?
Yes. “Delivery required” removes the store pickup option. “Delivery included” makes it mandatory and free: the fee is part of the price.
Can I limit my delivery area?
Yes. You set a maximum distance: beyond it, the address is refused during booking, with a clear message for the customer. Leave the field empty for no limit.
Can I offer free delivery above a certain amount?
Yes. You set the order amount above which delivery drops to zero. You can also open delivery only above a minimum rental amount.
Is delivery included in the price?
Delivery is part of Louez and works the same whichever plan you choose, with 0% commission. You'll find the details of each plan on the pricing page.
