What you pay
Louez
On pay-per-booking, each confirmed booking costs €1 down to €0.30 depending on your monthly volume, and a month without rentals costs nothing. The store, payments, deposits, agreements and inspections are included, with unlimited team members. A subscription is also available, from €49 a month. Payment processing fees are separate.
Rentman
Rentman charges €39 a month for the platform, then each product per "power user" who plans: €23 for the rental bundle (inventory, quotes and invoices). Technicians and warehouse staff are free. Barcode scanning and history logs cost extra; yearly billing saves 8%.
