Louez.io offers a platform to manage rental activities:
- Online shop
- Booking management
- Contract generation
- Electronic signature
- Client management
- Statistics
3. Plans and pricing
**Available plans:**
- Start: Free (3 products max)
- Pro: €28/month excl. VAT
- ULTRA: €85/month excl. VAT
**Early Bird offer:** -50% guaranteed for life
4. Payment
Payment by credit card via our secure payment provider. Monthly billing.
5. Duration and termination
Subscription without commitment. Cancellation possible at any time. Data access retained 30 days after termination.
6. Obligations
**The Client agrees to:**
- Use the service as intended
- Comply with applicable regulations
**Louez.io agrees to:**
- Provide a compliant service
- Ensure availability (99.5%)
- Protect data
7. Liability
Liability limited to direct and foreseeable damages, up to the amounts paid over 12 months.
8. Applicable law
These Terms are governed by French law. French courts have jurisdiction in case of dispute.
